If your order is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns.
However, we allow one exchange per order under the following conditions:
    •    Item must be unused, unlit, and in original condition.
    •    Exchange request made within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    •    Exchanges may be made for a different fragrance or a candle of equal value (based on availability).
    •    Each approved exchange includes a complimentary fragrance sample as a courtesy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:
    1.    Email us within 48 hours.
    2.    Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the shipping box.
    3.    Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Items that have been used, lit, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be replaced.

Custom & Sculpted Candles

All sculpted designs—including KAWS-inspired candles, sneaker molds, silhouette sculpts, and specialty shapes—are made to order.
These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged during shipping.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:
    •    Carrier delays (USPS/UPS)
    •    Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
    •    Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
